Strength training

A 4-week beginner strength plan that actually sticks

Most beginners quit because programs are either too complicated or too aggressive. This plan uses three full-body sessions per week, focuses on compound patterns, and increases load gradually.

Progression rules

If you complete all sets with good form, add a small amount of weight next session (or one extra rep). If form breaks down, keep the same load and improve quality.

Recovery checklist

Sleep 7–8 hours when possible, walk on rest days, and keep protein consistent across meals. Strength gains come from training stress plus recovery — not endless volume.
